Every machine ships with a 12-month registered Embod warranty (or 50,000 machine-minutes, whichever first). Claims go through a single written channel: remote diagnostics, virtual live assistance, parts shipped from our Brisbane warehouse, and return-to-base service if those don’t resolve it.
