How much space does a body roll machine need?
The machine measures 1100mm long by 750mm wide by 800mm high. A treatment room of approximately 2m by 2m gives comfortable operating room for the machine, the operator, and the client.
How long does staff training take?
Comprehensive operator training is included with every purchase and typically takes a half-day. Staff learn machine operation, session protocols, client communication, contraindications, and tips drawn from our own daily studio experience.
Is marketing support included?
Yes. Every purchase includes a launch marketing kit with copy, imagery, social templates, and pricing and packaging guidance based on data from our national operator network.
What is the typical lead time on delivery?
Lead times vary depending on stock and your location. Local stock in Australia is the norm, so most clinics have a machine installed within weeks of order rather than months. We confirm exact lead time during the enquiry call.
