Sculpt & Tone pairs HIEMT, high-intensity electromagnetic energy, with radio frequency. The electromagnetic field drives repeated muscle contractions while the radio frequency adds controlled warmth. You stay lying down while the team sets the intensity and checks your comfort.
HIEMT is the technology behind the treatment, and it is one you can read about for yourself. Choose a single target area. Start with one treatment or compare the 4- and 8-treatment packs after your first visit.

We place the applicator over the area you want to work and set the level to suit you.

Contractions and warmth
Over 30 minutes, the applicator produces repeated muscle contractions while radio frequency adds controlled warmth. We adjust both with you.

Straight back to it
We lower the intensity, remove the applicator and check how the treated area feels before you leave.

The evidence
The research behind HIEMT.
HIEMT is the high-intensity electromagnetic technology at the heart of Sculpt & Tone. It has been studied in peer-reviewed trials, often using MRI and often paired with radio frequency, the same two technologies we use.
We do not promise a particular result. Everyone responds differently, and Sculpt & Tone is for wellbeing and recovery, not medical treatment. We simply think it is worth being able to read the research for yourself. These are good places to start.

What does it feel like?
It builds to a strong, rhythmic contraction. Sensation varies, so we set the level with you and adjust it if you are uncomfortable.
What does the radio frequency feel like?
It adds controlled warmth while the electromagnetic contractions are running. We check the temperature and your comfort throughout.
What should I expect afterward?
You may feel as though the target area has been worked. Experiences vary, and we will explain what to expect before the treatment begins.
Who should check before booking?
If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, have an implanted medical device or manage a health condition, check with your treating clinician and contact us before booking.
How many treatments should I buy?
Start with one treatment if you are unsure. The 4- and 8-treatment packs are available after you understand the sensation and setup.
Can I add it to another treatment?
Yes. You can add Sculpt & Tone to any other treatment you book, for $99. Just let us know when you book.

- Treatment packs are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-transferable.
- The $99 add-on price applies when Sculpt & Tone is booked alongside another treatment in the same visit.
- All bookings require a pass or deposit on file.
- Please give 12 hours notice to change or cancel a booking.
- Prices include GST.
