That’s exactly why we created Wellness Flows. A 60-minute guided wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, support circulation, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more recharged.

Think of it like a Pilates session, but for recovery, relaxation, and whole-body wellbeing.

A quiet moment before a Wellness Flow
Before your flow

Come hydrated, comfortable, and ready to relax.

We recommend wearing firm-fitting clothing so you can move easily through each treatment, but most importantly, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Activewear or fitted layers are perfect.

For best results, please drink plenty of water before and after your session to support your recovery and leave feeling refreshed.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early so we can settle you in.
  • Wear firm-fitting clothing. Activewear is ideal.
  • Bring a water bottle. Hydration matters before and after.
  • Leave your phone in the cubby. The room is for you.

Do I need any experience with recovery treatments?

Not at all. Wellness Flows is designed for everyone, whether you’ve never tried lymphatic body roll before or you come every week. Your guide walks you through each modality so you always know what to do next.

What should I wear?

Firm-fitting clothing works best so you can move easily between treatments. Activewear or fitted layers are perfect. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

How many people will be in the room?

A small group of eight, always. We keep the room calm and uncrowded so every Wellness Flow feels personal and unhurried.

What if I can’t make my session?

Wellness Flow tickets are limited-capacity event tickets, so they are non-refundable. We recommend booking a date you are confident you can attend.

Can I come if I’m pregnant or recovering from surgery?
