Many clients describe the pressure as deep and rhythmic. We adjust the machine with you before the program begins.

Is Body Roll the same as lymphatic drainage massage?
No. Body Roll is a guided machine-based massage using warm wooden rollers. Manual lymphatic drainage is a hands-on technique performed by a trained practitioner. Embod offers Body Roll, not manual lymphatic drainage.
How long is a Body Roll treatment?
A standard Body Roll treatment at Embod is 45 minutes.
What should I wear?
Wear fitted activewear and socks. Loose fabric can catch against the rollers.
What does Body Roll feel like?
The pressure can feel deep and rhythmic. We set the roller speed and pressure with you, and many clients describe the treatment as energising and relaxing.
Can I book if I’m pregnant or recovering from surgery?

How often can I book Body Roll?
There is no required weekly schedule. Book one treatment when it suits you, use a pack flexibly within 12 months, or choose the Wellness Access Pass if you want weekly credits.
