For one day, Embod closes to the public. The studio belongs to four small groups of twelve guests, and to the five biohacking treatments we run them through.
Body roll. LED. Sculpting. VisBODY. Compression. You’ll move through all five in your two hours, with a guide alongside you and a complimentary loaded hydration elixir along the way. Leave glowing.

Our hero treatment. Warm, steady rollers that leave you feeling lighter, less puffy, calmer.
LED & Infrared
Warm LED and infrared light. Skin and muscles feel held, mood lifts, energy returns.

It’s a social, not a session schedule. Twelve guests share the studio at once, soft music plays through, the guides are unhurried, and there’s nowhere else you need to be for two hours.
Bring a mate, bring yourself, bring whatever kind of week you’ve had. We’ll handle the rest.
Saturdays are for slowing down. This one’s for glowing.

A few small things to make it easy.
- Arrive ten minutes early so we can settle you in.
- Wear fitted activewear. It makes the VisBODY scan easier and the rest more comfortable.
- Bring a water bottle. Hydration matters before and after.
- Leave your phone in the cubby. The morning is for you.
- Free parking on Overend Street and the streets around the studio.

Who’s this for?
Anyone curious about wellness tech, or just up for trying something different on a Saturday. We’re mainly opening it up to people who haven’t been to Embod before, but bring a mate if you’ve got one.
What should I wear?
Fitted activewear works best. It helps the VisBODY 3D scan read accurately and lets you move easily between the treatments.
How long does it go?
Two hours, start to finish. You’ll move through all five treatments at a calm pace, with your guide making sure you know what’s next.
How many people are in the room?
Twelve guests per session, never more. The whole studio is yours for those two hours.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely, it’s a social. Everyone needs their own ticket, but you can book the same session and go through it together.
What if I can’t make it?
Tickets are limited-capacity event tickets, so they’re non-refundable. Pick a session you’re confident you can attend.
Where do I park?
Free street parking on Overend Street and the streets around the studio. We’re at Shop 8/45 Wellington Road, East Brisbane.
Can I come if I’m pregnant or recovering from surgery?
