Register your Embod device

Keep your serial number, proof of purchase and delivery photographs together so our team can find them quickly if you need support. Most customers complete this form in about five minutes.

Registration is optional. It does not replace or limit your warranty or rights under Australian Consumer Law. Registering soon after delivery simply gives us a cleaner record of the product and its arrival condition.

What to have ready

Gather these before you start. The form will not save partial progress.

  • Photo of the sealed crateat the moment of delivery, with the freight label visible.
  • Photo of the crate being openedso the seal break and uncrating moment are documented.
  • Photo of the machineimmediately after uncrating, before any use, on the delivery floor.
  • Photo of the serial plateclose-up so the full serial number is readable.
  • Your invoice numberfrom your Embod purchase.
  • Body roll only: photograph of the controller display showing the current minute-counter reading.
