Body Roll is often described online as a workout that strengthens, tones and improves flexibility. That is not how Embod sells it. Our Body Roll is a machine-based massage treatment, not an exercise program.
Does Body Roll strengthen or tone muscles?
Embod does not make that promise. During Body Roll, you change position against a powered roller. The purpose of those positions is to apply the rolling pressure across the body, not to complete repetitions or progressively load a muscle.
If your goal is strength, fitness or flexibility training, use an exercise program suited to that goal. A studio treatment should not be presented as a replacement for it.
The simple distinction: Body Roll supplies rolling massage pressure. It is not a gym workout.
What is Sculpt & Tone?
Sculpt & Tone is the Embod treatment that combines electromagnetic muscle contractions with radio frequency warmth. It is a separate 30-minute appointment and costs $129 for one treatment.
This description explains what the equipment physically does. It is not a guarantee of muscle growth, fat loss, centimetres lost or a visible change.

What about measuring posture or composition?
Neither treatment is a body measurement. If you want a report covering body composition, posture, measurements and joint flexibility, the relevant Embod option is a VisBODY 3D Body Scan. The scan takes about five minutes and costs $29, or $19 when added to another treatment.
